Petition Obligatory vehicle lamps should be replaceable without tools, at the roadside.

To replace a failed headlamp bulb in my car, I had to remove the entire front bumper to enable the headlamp unit to be removed, enabling access to the bulbs. This took me somewhat over an hour and a variety of tools, and would have been impractical at the roadside.

Vehicle lights are essential safety equipment and it is ludicrous that for many people, a simple bulb change would require a visit to a garage.
