Closed petition Reconsider the awarding of the c2c franchise in view of December 2015 timetable

c2c used to be a reliable service. Unfortunately, the introduction of a new timetable on 13/12/15 proves that they no longer care about their customers, as all services have been cut, leading to potentially dangerous levels of overcrowding.

We understand the need for change, but c2c should work with users to come up with solutions that meet the needs of most users. This new timetable benefits very few users, with only those at Shoeburyness, Thorpe Bay or Southend East seemingly able to get seats.
