Racism is believing a persons characteristics make them inferior or superior to another race. Racist language is used so regularly is is being accepted as a norm. It stops people from feeling proud of their culture and needs to be stopped.

Racial discrimination in schools and places of work prevent people with the appropriate qualities for a job from being able to work because of a physical trait they cannot change. I strongly feel that this injustice must be stopped.
