Petition A law passed to require Police forces to pursue suspects with or without helmets

There is a massive problem of motorbikes being stolen and used to terrorise innocent members of the public. Our roads and parks have become like racetracks and the police are not allowed to give chase in case the rider hurts themselves a ridiculous policy that does nothing but protect the criminal.
