Rejected petition Stop the council from fining elderly people £26 for Falling and needing help!

Elderly people who unfortunately fall at home will be charged by their local council, £26 to be assisted back to their feet! Falls happen it's an accident and most times the elderly are injured, vulnerable and frail. They have to pay for assistance if they don't pay extra charges will be added!!

It has been reported to the mirror, daily mail and the independent that local councils will give elderly people fines for falling and needing assistance to get back on their feet! The elderly rights group has said it is shocking and unacceptable! Where does health come first!!
