Petition Allow all British Overseas Territories Citizens become full British/UK citizens

I am from Turks and Caicos Islands, a British overseas territory located in the Caribbean. British Overseas Territories Act 2002 did not allow all British Overseas Territories Citizens to become full British citizen. I would like all members of parliament to review and vote on this.

Parliament should amend the British Nationality Act 1981 and the British Overseas Act 2002 to allow all British overseas territories become full British/UK citizens.
