Rejected petition STOP touts reselling concert tickets at triple the prices

Due to high volume of tickets being sold at ridiculous amounts, having fans suffer waiting for many years their favourite music icon to be back on stage missing out due to sites like Stubhub,getmein,viagogo having people sell tickets at triple the cost!

The likes of Justin Bieber, Adele and Mumford & Sons fans are suffering from themis situation in the past few weeks. Face value tickets at £45-£60 and them being sold on sites at atleast £180!!
TOUTS need to be stopped or atleast have a limit on the amount from face value if its £45 a ticket the max should be £70. Fans are missing out due to such selfish people!!
