Rejected petition Voting Reform

UKIP got 4 Million votes and only 1 seat how is this fair when UKIP is the 3rd largest party in the UK and is being treated like the smallest. The UK's voting system obviously doesn't represent the people of Britain's true views our country is not united the system is un-democratic and needs change.
