What's the point in donating to research if the discoveries are only available to the rich? N.I.C.E. repeatedly exclude expensive medical advances, some of which are discovered with the help of charity.

This is a slap in the face for those who donate hard earned cash to research and an increasing disincentive. It is a postcode lottery much of the time and financially prohibitive the rest of the time!
