Rejected petition Make owners responsible for their dog, get rid of breed specific legislation

Dogs are a reflection of their owner, not their breed it is proven that a dog will adapt to human behavior. Dog owners should be accountable for their dogs, not the dog. Their are numerous other breeds known for aggression i.e Labrador's that aren't banned breeds.
