Petition 1% Universal Citizens Shareholding in all Corporate Entities

Assign 1% public ownership of every corporate entity to universal citizen's income payable with every dividend. This will be a precondition for any corporations wishing to access our courts and legal systems, or otherwise paying into another government entity running a unified bureaucratic scheme.

Current taxation systems focus on everything except the one thing that can't be optimized away, corporate dividends out.

Citizens income will be paid out individually to every human worldwide regardless of citizenship or nationally. An international bureaucracy will need to be created to manage payments worldwide.

The exact percentage may require further mathematical analysis.
