Petition Stop people claiming benefits for family that live in other country's

Why is the British taxpayer paying for family members that dont even live in this country? this is the hardest time for the UK with more people sleeping on the streets than ever before, cuts being made left right and center but yet people claim for people who do not reside here? its absurd.
