Petition Introduce a no-kill policy for all pet type animals

Stop killing abandoned, given-up and stray dogs & cats in the UK. Every animal has a right to life and should not be killed for the sake of being unwanted, lack of space or any other reason other than ill-health.

-cooling off period longer than 7 days to reclaim pets or such as being handed over to pounds
- stop euthanasia because of reasons for being aggressive if the animal is healthy and unless at least 3 independent behavioral assessors from qualified and pound/charity independent persons agree (1 vet/2 behavioral trainers)
-restrict the illegal imports that are flooding UK's pounds
-tougher licensing of back breeders
