Rejected petition award a posthumous honour to Lemmy of Motorhead for services to music

Ian Fraser Kilmister or Lemmy from Motorhead died on December 28, 2015, without a doubt he put Britain on the map in terms of popular rock music, in these days when someone like Damon Albarn is honoured it would be negligent not to award Lemmy a similar honour.

More details

Lemmy, born Ian Fraser Kilmister, formed Motörhead in 1975 and was its only constant member, as singer and bassist. The band released 23 studio albums and are best known for their 1980 single Ace of Spades.
