Petition Provide adequate flood defenses and support to all UK areas flooded in 2015.

The Government should not decide the total it will spend on flood defenses and support until they have properly costed what is needed.
We have a national crisis and the Government should reduce or suspend foreign aid to fund the above, until its own country and its own people are protected.
