Petition Compulsory deportation of all foreign prisoners who have been sentenced to over 12 months in prison for their crime without question

Any foreign national who is convicted of a criminal offence which means that they will spend more than12 months in prison or who has a combined total of sentences over 12 month within an unlimited period of time should be deported to their home country without question and without right to appeal.

The government should, with as many countries as possible, make arrangements for convicted foreign nationals to serve their sentences in their own country.

Where the above foreign jail agreement is not available courts should offer convicted foreign offenders the choice of serving 50% of their sentence in a UK prison followed by release with immediate pre-arranged deportation to their home country, or where refused or for seriously violent offences, they should serve the full term of their sentence with release with immediate pre-arranged deportation to their own country after.
