Abolish Trusts and budgets driving the NHS. Return to treatment on the basis of medical need, not cost. No contracting out. The money should follow medical need not drive it, as it used to before Health Trusts were created. The cost of any treatment, should not be published, it is not the top priority, individual health needs are. It may be you soon.
