Rejected petition Cancel 'The Glasgow Effect' funded locally by Creative Scotland.

Due to a disengaged audience and disgruntlement over the fact this money can be directly used to benefit Glasgow/Scotland over the year of 2016, we have organised a local petition to try and shut this project down and re allocate the funds to a more rewarding and interesting topic/purpose/event.

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.

Creative Scotland is the responsibility of the Scottish Government. That means that the UK Government and Parliament can't look into the issue you've raised.

The Scottish Parliament has its own Public Petitions Committee. If you'd like to send your petition to the Scottish Parliament, you can find out more here:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
