Mandatory for any business to take an hour a week per million revenue a year to spend with a teenager from a deprived background.

Kids in questions are to be identified by working closely with community leaders such as social workers and schools.

The aim is to identify strengths, work towards achieving goals and provide general guidance and show teenagers a different world from the one they live in, being a role model.

The mentors are to be in the position of Management.
