Andrew McLaughlin has an American wife and a 2-year old daughter and they have been denied entry into the UK because of the Government's strict laws on the rights of non-EU spouses.

Andrew is a former soldier with the Grenadier Guards who served in Afghanistan from March to September 2012. He is from Warwickshire and is a lifelong Aston Villa fan. He married his American wife Wanda in December 2011 and they have a 2-year old daughter who have been refused entry to the UK because of his low income.
