The salary was not reviewed for many years and pay band for registered nurses and ODP are very low as to their work they were providing to the patient.. United kingdom is the very low payer for registered nurses and ODP.. Other countries like australia, new zealand , canada paid nurses well

United kingdom has a difgiculty recruiting nurses and ODP to come and work here because of ghe very low pay band.. Australia, new zealand , canada and US paid their nurses well..
