Why is it that only rioters could be evicted from social housing for their crimes?

Any criminal who is a repeat offender should be evicted, maybe that will lower the crime rate and allow hard working people who need social housing desperately to get a home.

Lets ask the government to evict all people who commit a crime after being warned before!
