All people that are treated in Hospitals where there problems are self inflicted either by alchohol or drugs should have to pay for there treatment out of there own pocket.
Also night club owners should have to pay for a medical centre on wheels to treat all the 18 year old idiots that they have supplied with booze all night and then want to fight the world.
