Petition Nationalise the National Lottery - Profits used as direct funding for the NHS.

The National Lottery should be nationalised and run on a "not for personal profit" basis.

Rules and prizes would remain the same as current Lotto, but with just one draw per week and a return to just 49 numbers to increase entries and winning chances.
All other lottery games would cease.
