Rejected petition Add yellow lines on Institute road where it meets Mount avenue and Mount Street

as many of you are aware of the dangerous parking around the top mount avenue, in my option there will be a serious accident there in the near future, i have a letter from bradford city council and they are not willing to put yellow lines there.
