Petition Ban UKPC from being able to recieve driver information from the DVLA.

On Mon 11/1/16 the BBC will air a broadcast about UKPC within their Inside Out West Midlands at 19:30 GMT. This will be avaliable on the BBC iPlayer afterwards also. UKPC have been found on the 9/15 to be in vialation and given sanction points. Now they have been found out again. Action is needed.
