To pay homage to the greatest solo artist of the pop, fasion and style industry. also use proceeds from the concert to research and fund cancer treatment and one day a cure.

looking back to the loss of another musical legend freddie mercury his tribute concert was a sucess in raising funds and awareness for aids, so why not give Mr Bowie and party of a send off and use the proceeds to research a cure for this terrible disease that cruely took him from us. we are british we dont need a reason to party, but this is a great reason and a way we can all say goodbye to the brixton boy.
