Petition Force energy suppliers to reduce prices for consumers in line with the oil price

When utility fuel prices go up so does the consumer costs but when they come down there is a huge disparity between the costs. Especially with the low oil and gas prices there should be a far greater fall in consumer prices and kept in line the rises and falls in real terms.
