Closed Stop awarding bonuses to MOD civil servants while troops are losing their jobs

MOD Civil Servants have received bonuses while our serving Armed Forces were sacked to save money. Sir Bernard Gray who earns a salary above the national average, and other civil servants in the MOD should not take bonuses while the MOD is making cuts, including to the number of troops.
