People on unemployment , job seekers allowance to work at least 2 days a week for a voluntary organisation; This would be part of David Cameron's "big society".This would give people self confidence and improve self esteem and would help with a C.V, Those who have never paid any tax or insurance contributions should have priority to help with voluntary groups.
Work Sheets could be signed by the voluntary organisations when people go to collect their benefits .
