Rejected petition Replace the 'welfare state' with a Universal Basic Income

Quite simply, replacing the benefits system or 'welfare state' with a Universal Basic Income for all residents will be hugely beneficial for Britain and its citizens, with obvious advantages for both left and right-wing voters.
