David Cameron has announced the government is putting aside 20 million pounds to help teach English to foreigner's. Instead help our homeless that are freezing on our streets.

That money could help buy sleeping bags and blankets and open more shelters. That's the difference between life and death not teaching English to people already living in there nice houses with government handouts already.
