Petition Introduce a Community National Service

All School Leavers not going into Full Time Further Education should be required to complete one (1) year National Community Service where they are required to work 8 hours per day 5 days per week on community projects in order to receive benefits.

This should be supervised and administered by Ex Police or Armed Forces personel.

Additionally any person who is unemployed for a period of over 6 months should also be required to work 8 hours per day 5 days per week in the same scheme in order to continue receiving benefits.

Obviously those legitimately disabled or long term sick (after testing by Govt appointed Doctors) should be excluded.
