Convicted sex offenders, who have been put on the register for life, should also be tagged so they can be tracked at all times.

This will allow police to spot dangerous behaviour like them hanging around schools, and if a child does go missing police won't have to waste time questioning local offenders, as they can be discounted or confirmed as suspects instantly based on where they were.
