Rejected petition End Southern Railway (Govia) franchise. Award suburban London routes to TfL.

(Govia Thameslink Railway) franchise are providing an unacceptable level of service to their passengers on the Southern Rail Network.We are calling for their removal and replacement by TfL for all suburban London routes.
