Rejected petition Limit the number of private hire licenses in London

TFL are currently issuing nearly 1000 private hire licenses a month, this is having a detrimental effect on pollution and traffic , nearly 9,500 people die a year due to poor air quality in London and traffic journey times have increased by nearly 10%
