Petition To make Motorway driving part of the Cat B ( Car ) test.

Recently, a new law has been passed to penalise drivers who do not move back to the inside lane after an overtake etc.
This is due drivers not fully understanding how to drive on the Motorway. This in turn cause others to make rash decisions out of frustration and potentially causing an accident.
