currently after an accident you only have 3 years claim time in which to make a claim. i propose there should be no time limit in which to make a claim. for example i suffered alot of violent bullying at school. i am now 26. i want to take litigation against my school for negligence. however i have been told that i can only claim from 3 years from my 18th birthday. i have been preoccupied with college and university that chance never came up. now i am being denied justice. it doesnt matter when incident happened there should be no time limit to bring a claim against a former school for bullying or in any other incidences where injury has been sustained.
