Rejected petition Make the 29th of February a mandatory national holiday every 4 years.

Everyone who is paid an annual salary and works on the 29th of February is doing so for free.
The vast majority of employees will not be paid an extra days salary or be given the day off.
THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD IMMEDIATELY MAKE THE 29th OF FEBRUARY A MANDATORY NATIONAL HOLIDAY EVERY 4 YEARS!!
