People just continue to use mobile phones while driving. I see people driving £50,000 BMW's and Mercedes driving along with a phone stuck to their ear. Have they never heard of "Hands Free"?
If the Government is serious about reducing accidents and saving lives, then hammer any driver who decides to flount this Law, as they are clearly doing. We as a Society need to stop messing about and get a bit Draconian. The present Law is not doing the job it was meant to do.
