UK citizens are able to enter Turkey with almost no restrictions, UK nationals need only complete a simple form online outlining the details of our passports pay $12 and done we are allowed to travel and enter their country for up to 90 days with no further information required.

It is grossly unfair that we can enter their country with such ease, yet for a Turkish national to visit out country they need to show bank statements, proof or earnings, title deeds to their houses, why they are coming, who they are coming to see, what they are going to do. This is very unfair especially, for example, with the amount of British - Turkish marriages. Its almost impossible for the Turkish spouse to visit the British spouses family.
