That Small and Medium Size Business in the UK only pay a maximum of 3% tax in the future, but also allow them to claim back any tax they have paid over 3% in the past 10 years. This will bring every UK business in line with Google.

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

A petition could call on the Government and Parliament to legislate to set the corporation tax rate for SMEs in the UK at 3 per cent and to allow SMEs to claim back any tax paid above this rate for the last 10 years.

We would consider any petition submitted along these lines.
