Rejected petition Allow under 25's to have a smear test done to help prevent cervical cancer.

I have all the symptom's that could be a sign of cervical cancer but due to me being under the age of 25 my GP said I am not entitled to have a smear test done. Cervical cancer is caused by HPV Human Papillomavirus this a virus that is caused by sexual contact with a man.
