Petition Allow the peoples of the British Dependent territories to vote in EU referendum

Currently there is a petition to allow the British Dependances such as the Channel Islands to vote but not one for all the others such as the South Atlantic ones.

In ICAT (fishing forum for the South Atlantic) St Helena is weakly under represented and we require the EU delegation for additional support in order to get favorable quotas. If Britain leaves the EU then without the EU delegation would be unlikely to support us.
