I BELIEVE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD REINSTATE THE DEATH PENALTY. IT SHOULD BE USED FREQUENTLY AND REGULARLY FOR THE NUMEROUS SERIOUS CRIMES WE HEAR ABOUT WHERE THERE IS KNOW DOUBT ABOUT CULPABILITY AND SHOULD BE APPLIED RETROSPECTIVELY FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY AND ARE CURRENTLY SERVING CUSTODIAL SENTENCES.THIS WOULD FREE UP PRISON PLACES FOR CRIMINALS CURRENTLY BEING LET OFF CUSTODIAL SENTENCES FOR LACK OF SPACE.IT SHOULD ALSO APPLY TO CASES OF TREASON SUCH AS UK NATIONALS FIGHTING FOR THE TALIBAN OR RAISING FUNDS FOR THEM
