Rejected petition Parliamentary expenses should be means tested like benefits.

We hear too many stories of wealthy MPs claiming for unnecessary items on expenses or in their second home allowances. Access to these benefits should be means tested similar to how DWP benefits are. MPs who can afford to cover their own costs, should. An austerity measure we can all agree with.
