Rejected petition Give all students free prescriptions and dental treatment/eye tests

Students are actively learning for the future, and thus should not have to worry about potentially paying for prescriptions and dental treatment, as is the case at the moment, where they are subjected to the same background test (HC1) as others.

(e.g. unemployed who have the chance of finding FULL time work). but with less chance of actually being able to improve their income. As such, they should be except from having to worry about paying for health costs, and enjoy the same privileges as those under 18/19 while still in education.
