Rejected petition 6 months compulsive national service for school leavers

To legislate for all school leavers to do six months national service. The time should be spend supporting health and social care, local communities/councils and environmental charities (e.g. the woodland trust, the RSPB or national parks).

A service like that would encourage and increase a sense of responsibility, broaden horizons/minds and be educationalas well as being of great practical value.
