It is now becoming common place for us to see Vandalism or Urination on Our Countries War Monuments & War Graves. It is Absolutely unacceptable! The Criminal/s involved have no respect or Morals. But they get nothing more than a Fine or Community service which is far to lenient for a Sentence.
