In November 2015 Hotpoint,Indeset & creeda announced concerns with certain dryers
These appliances are involved in number of house fires, modifications are required to make the product more safe. However, outside agencies like electrical council & fire officials are warning us not to use to them

Through various news reports we are been told not to use our dryers.
Hotpoint are constantly fobbing us off, claiming that once the modification has been completed, the dryer will be more safe.
We, the consumer, have rights, we all paid money in good faith and have been sold an item that is unsafe, not fit for purpose and a potential threat to life.
We haven't been kept upto date, nor have we been informed unless it's from a outside source.
i think its time Hotpoint treated us all fairly
